SHIPPING ZONES AND RATES

Domestic Shipping (Greece)

Products can be delivered to any location within the Greek Territory at the address you have provided. Delivery is carried out by the courier company (ACS) daily, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • Orders €0.00 - €49.99: €5.00 shipping fee
  • Orders €50.00 - €68.99: €5.00 shipping fee
  • Orders €69.00 and above: FREE shipping

International Shipping (European Union) 

Additionally, we serve European countries, with shipments handled by a different courier company (DHL). We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
The shipping cost for each order is 16.00€ on the destination country and the final price is calculated automatically during the checkout process. Local Experience is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, bad weather etc. If Local Experience is aware of the delay it will inform the customer by the e-mail they have declared.

  • Flat rate: €16.00 for all orders

PROCESSING TIME 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Greece (Domestic): 2-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS 

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@localexp.gr or +30 2310 829 544. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
